Railway Station Poster 1910 - Railway station poster for the National Railway Company of Belgium. It advertises the yearly Carnaval in Binche, Belgium, near Charleroi near the middle of Belgium. This is one of the oldest carnaval’s in Europe. It lasts for 3 days and is held just before lent. The poster dates from 1910 and signed in the plate by the artist, LB. The top printing reads ‘Societe Nationale des Chemins de Fer Belges’, the name of the rail line. There is a faint NMBS (National Railway Company of Belgium) stamp in the upper right corner.
